At Lulusar, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, offering a seamless exchange process for products returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customized items and sale products are generally ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to exchange or return.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Lulusar tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.
- 3.Package & Dispatch
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.
- 4.Store Credit Issuance
Once our quality assurance team approves the return, we will issue a digital store credit voucher valid for use on your next Lulusar purchase.
